Are you looking to do Studio Pilates in Sydney? Roseville Pilates is a premium fully equipped boutique studio for women, located in a quiet, leafy setting in suburban Roseville. Your Instructor is fully qualified and insured, and is a member of the Pilates Alliance of Australasia.
Private sessions are provided (1 Client to 1 Instructor), which results in a highly personalised experience that is specifically tailored to where your body is at. Sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Roseville Pilates has a COVID Safety Plan as required by the NSW Government. The studio is spacious and equipment is cleaned and disinfected between each client. Your Instructor will wear a face mask while teaching you, and you are very welcome to wear one should you wish. Because Roseville Pilates is a boutique studio, spots are limited and there is a low volume of clients compared with other studios and gyms.
Parking at Roseville Pilates is free and convenient – there is plenty directly in front of the studio.
