Private sessions are provided (1 Client to 1 Instructor), which results in a highly personalised experience that is specifically tailored to where your body is at. Sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Parking at Roseville Pilates is free and convenient – there is plenty of on-street parking directly in front of the studio.
